Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-based bonus: Total compensation up to $108,000
- Health and dental insurance (pre-tax group plans available)
- Commission on private events
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead by example and embody strong hospitality values with guests, staff, and partners
- Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering growth and accountability
- Keep teams aligned on service standards, menus, and expectations
Staffing & Scheduling
- Build efficient schedules that balance service, output, and cleanliness
- Post schedules at least two weeks in advance
- Plan and execute team trainings as needed
- Ensure thorough onboarding focused on culture, service strategy, and product knowledge
Operations & Finance
- Oversee weekly ordering, invoicing, and cash reconciliation
- Maintain accurate liquor inventory and demonstrate financial discipline
- Track and report KPIs, with bonuses tied to results
Menus & Execution
- Partner with bar leadership to develop menus that balance innovation and consistency
- Ensure all menu rollouts are fully costed, mapped, trained, and executed prior to launch
Private Events
- Oversee and facilitate private events from planning through execution
- Earn commission on each event
Systems & Standards
- Maintain opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
- Enforce high cleanliness and service standards across seasonal activations and pop-ups
Hands-On Leadership
- Step in wherever needed, from clearing tables to making drinks
- Operate with a “no job is beneath you” mindset
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced bar or hospitality manager with strong cocktail and operational knowledge
- Hospitality-first leader who motivates teams and holds them accountable
- Comfortable managing high-volume, seasonal, and event-driven environments
- Organized, financially disciplined, and highly hands-on
