A growing scratch-menu concept is looking for a Kitchen Manager for their Tuscaloosa location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurant/hotel environment. This individual needs to be comfortable leading a team and implementing new procedures and menu items.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards for execution
- Develop and coach the team
- Manage financial performance while planning and growing the business
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a leader in scratch kitchens
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume production
- Ability to adapt and change
- Strong leadership skills
