Multi-Unit Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

Multi-Unit Manager – Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop General Managers across 5–6 retail locations
- Drive sales growth and operational performance
- Analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews
- Build a strong culture of accountability and engagement
Multi-Unit Manager – Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
- Furniture or big-ticket retail sales experience required
- Proven success leading sales-driven environments
- Strong coaching and leadership development abilities
- Ability to travel daily within assigned market
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills
