Guest Experience Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hospitality experience, preferably within a boutique hotel, luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-touch guest service environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence
- Strong passion for creating memorable guest experiences and emotional connections through hospitality
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating guest itineraries, celebrations, VIP experiences, and special requests
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Experience monitoring guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills
