Litigation Attorney Insurance Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes strongly preferred
- Familiarity with insurance policy review, coverage analysis, and litigation strategy
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
Litigation Attorney Insurance Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous experience at a large law firm
- Exposure to a broad range of insurance coverage disputes on the policyholder side
- Interest in long-term growth within the Atlanta legal market
Litigation Attorney Insurance Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Represent policyholders in insurance coverage disputes
- Review and interpret insurance policies to advise clients on coverage issues and strategy
- Support litigation matters through legal research, drafting, and advocacy
- Analyze case law and develop recommendations for clients and litigation teams
- Collaborate within teams to deliver high-quality legal work in a collegial, supportive setting
