We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of leadership experience within a full-service kitchen
- Assist in daily BOH operations, ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standards
- Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Train and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and BOH staff to maintain consistency and performance
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen operations
- Ensure smooth kitchen workflow during service, addressing issues promptly and professionally
- Step into cooking or prep roles as needed to support the team during peak periods
- Collaborate with Executive Sous Chef and FOH leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain clear communication between BOH and FOH to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
