Foreman – Public Works – Las Vegas, NV

Foreman Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong supervisory background in public works, including sewer, water, and storm drain projects
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Proven ability to coordinate and communicate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field crews
Foreman Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site representative, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Lead and supervise construction laborers and operators, overseeing daily activities and task assignments
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations, modeling and promoting safe work practices
- Manage field operations to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and within budget
- Oversee work planning, material needs, logistics, and documentation
- Mentor, train, and develop crew members, supporting onboarding and ongoing skill development
- Provide input on employee performance and resolve crew issues professionally and promptly
