SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food & beverage, and human resources
- Achieve or exceed budgeted goals for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, CPOR, and overall profitability
- Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving guest concerns and improving brand guest service scores
- Manage administrative and reporting responsibilities including forecasts, P&L review, inventories, audits, and end-of-month reporting
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, team-focused culture
SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICIATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hotel management experience
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leader in a select-service environment
- Marriott branded experience highly preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with budgets, P&Ls, and forecasting
- High level of computer proficiency, including hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction scores and leading service-driven teams
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
