General Manager Club
A well‑established, upscale hospitality venue in Houston is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high‑volume, late‑night operation with a strong beverage focus. The ideal candidate is a polished operator with experience in elevated, high‑energy environments that blend dining, entertainment, and late‑night service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front‑of‑house operations during open hours (Wednesday–Saturday)
- Maintain a strong presence during peak late‑night periods
- Oversee cost control, labor management, scheduling, and P&L performance
- Build, train, and develop a high‑performing team, including an AGM
- Ensure a safe, controlled, and elevated guest experience
- Manage vendor relationships, deliveries, and administrative tasks throughout the week
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional environment
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have Experience:
- Nightlife or late‑night operations management
- High‑volume, beverage‑driven concepts
- Full‑service restaurant leadership (not bar‑only)
- VIP or high‑profile guest handling
- Strong financial acumen (COGS, labor, inventory, P&L)
- Experience managing $3M–$5M+ annual revenue
- Leadership of FOH + bar teams
Preferred Experience:
- Hybrid restaurant‑lounge or supper‑club style environments
- Upscale or image‑sensitive hospitality settings
- Familiarity with Houston’s hospitality market
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$85,000 base salary
- 10–12% performance bonus tied to operational KPIs
