Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Coach and support team members throughout the shift
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Shift Leader Requirements:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
