Chef de Cuisine – Charleston, SC

The Opportunity
Our restaurant operates five nights a week and is closed Sundays and Mondays, offering consistency and a quality lifestyle.
As Chef de Cuisine, you will:
- Lead, hire, and develop a disciplined culinary team
- Maintain a professional, accountable kitchen culture
- Execute established menus with precision and consistency
- Uphold strict standards for quality, presentation, and timing
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and overall kitchen performance
- Partner with ownership/leadership to ensure operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in upscale, full-service restaurants
- Proven leadership in structured, high-performance kitchens
- Strong financial acumen and cost-control experience
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to hospitality
