Restaurant Manager Needed
Join our team as a Restaurant Manager and help lead a well-respected restaurant focused on exceptional hospitality, strong team culture, and elevated guest experiences. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong relationships with both guests and staff, and leads by example every shift.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead the guest experience with professionalism and hospitality
- Maintain a strong presence in the dining room and support daily operations hands-on
- Work closely with a tenured team to uphold service standards and foster a positive culture
- Support staff development, coaching, and ongoing training
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and operational execution
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge preferred
- Prior management experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining environments
- ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences
