We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of an innovative upscale-to–fine-dining venue. This role is ideal for a creative, driven chef who excels in menu development, team leadership, and building an engaging, energetic dining experience.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing chef-driven menu
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing kitchen team
- Maintaining exceptional standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
- Managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Collaborating with ownership and FOH leadership on the overall guest experience
- Being on stage with the guest and any media inquiries
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
- Strong steakhouse or American cuisine background
- Passion for creativity balanced with operational discipline
- Confident, professional leadership style
- Polished presence
