Restoration Construction Estimator Requirements and Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, restoration, or insurance-related construction work
- Strong knowledge of restoration estimating practices and claim negotiation processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Inspect and scope property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, and other losses
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company brand through professional communication and service excellence
