Director of Business Operations & Revenue Growth

Ground-Floor Opportunity | High Upside | Leadership Visibility

We are partnering with a rapidly growing service-based organization that is hiring a sales-driven business leader to take ownership of revenue growth, client retention, and core operational systems. This is a rare opportunity to step into a director-level role where you will have direct influence on company performance, strategy, and scalability.

This role blends hands-on sales execution with operational leadership. You will drive new business, lead retention efforts, improve systems, and provide performance reporting to leadership while helping build the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth

• Lead retention, renewals, upgrades, and client lifecycle management

• Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations and conversions

• Oversee CRM workflows, automation, and operational improvements

• Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reporting to leadership

• Oversee payroll execution and accuracy

Required Background

• Proven P&L ownership and accountability for business performance

• Experience from a formal management training or leadership development program strongly preferred

• Strong sales background with ownership of revenue and conversion metrics

• Demonstrated ability to build, create, or improve systems and processes

• Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven
