- Support consistency of HR practices across all field locations
How You’ll Succeed Here
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Comfortable supporting hourly and field-based teams with professionalism and empathy

- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Trusted by employees and leadership alike for discretion and follow-through
- Comfortable in evolving environments where structure is being built and refined

- HRIS experience required; Paycom experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-site environments preferred
