Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations with precision, energy, and consistency
- Drive culinary excellence through innovative, seasonal menus designed to captivate and inspire
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for excellence
- Build efficient systems for execution, quality control, and consistency under pressure
- Collaborate with FOH and beverage leaders to create unforgettable, holistic guest experiences
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships with a sharp business acumen
- Set and enforce uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in fine dining
- Strong presence on the hot line with a hands-on leadership style
- Track record of creating inventive menus paired with thoughtful beverage programs
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain talented culinary professionals
- Deep knowledge of high-end cuisine, wine pairings, and Michelin-level standards
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Relentless drive, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries
