We’re partnering with a highly respected, chef-driven restaurant concept in Washington, DC that is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000

What We're Looking For:
• Prior management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants is required
• Strong floor presence with a guest-first mindset
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Experience driving service standards and operational execution
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, polished environment
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily restaurant operations and lead service execution
• Mentor and develop front-of-house team members and managers
• Maintain exceptional guest experience standards
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and operational initiatives
• Drive accountability and uphold a positive culture
