Seeking a Sous chef for a seasonal family-owned restaurant in the heart of beautiful Ogunquit! This position will start April 1st and run through December, with the hopes the chef will return for many seasons to come. If you are a hard-working chef who wants to enjoy some time off after peak season, this is the position for you!
Seasonal Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Volume experience of at least $2 million
- Strong business acumen
- A positive and upbeat chef who thinks/moves quickly on the line
