Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three months of related experience and/or training is a plus
- Must become a licensed boiler operator
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic mathematical skills, including calculating percentages, areas, and volumes
- Ability to use basic computer and manufacturing software
- Able to stand and/or walk throughout the shift, use hands to handle equipment, and communicate clearly
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Capable of close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus
- Willingness to work in environments with wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and temperature extremes
- Comfortable working in areas with a loud noise level
Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler machinery and related systems safely and efficiently
- Read, interpret, and follow safety and maintenance procedures
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues or irregularities
- Complete daily logs, reports, and basic correspondence as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
