- Assist with survey preparation, inspections, and plans of correction.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation across resident records and clinical reports.
- Monitor and reinforce resident rights, privacy, dignity, and choice in all care practices.
Admissions & Community Support
- Participate in admission decisions and assess prospective residents for appropriateness of care.
- Collaborate with leadership to support census stability and continuity of care.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for families, referral sources, vendors, and regulators.

- Current, active state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- 5 or more years of experience caring for seniors, including individuals with cognitive decline, preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, medication management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, ethical, dependable, and team-oriented leadership style.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet health requirements.
Work Environment & Expectations
- On-site leadership role with availability for clinical questions and emergencies.
- May require flexibility outside standard business hours as needed.
- Exposure to typical healthcare environments, including infectious materials, per OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to perform medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Why This Role Matters
This position plays a critical role in shaping the daily experience, safety, and well-being of residents. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence care standards, and build trusted relationships with residents and families, all while working in a mission-driven senior living environment.
