Executive Assistant to Ownership

Executive Assistant to Ownership Benefits & Compensation
- Salary of $60,000 with a review and potential increase to $65,000 after 6 months
- Gas card provided for work-related travel
- Company-issued laptop and phone
- Employee meal discount
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (typically 40–45 hours/week), with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed
Executive Assistant to Ownership Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an executive, personal, or administrative assistant role preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Proficient with email, calendars, and basic office technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Flexible availability, including willingness to assist during occasional evenings or weekends

Executive Assistant to Ownership Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes, flagging priorities and following up as needed
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and critical deadlines
- Assist with document organization and administrative tasks
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, transportation) for ownership
- Handle mail, shipping, returns, and run local errands as needed
- Drive owners to meetings, appointments, or events
- Anticipate needs and problem-solve in real time, ensuring schedules stay on track
- Support special projects and handle confidential information with professionalism
