- Coaching and developing the team.
- Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
- Motivating the team through thick and thin
- Good career tenure.
- 2 plus years of experience in supervisory or management – introductory role mainly focused on leading the Back Of House
- Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
