We are currently looking for a high-level Vice President of Culinary!
VP, Culinary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Culinary Leadership: Lead the Culinary Services organization across all markets, building the systems and infrastructure necessary to scale operational consistency and excellence across cafes, catering, and commissaries.
- Operational Execution & Readiness: Partner with Innovation and L&D teams to operationalize menu rollouts and certifications, ensuring every kitchen executes to standard through regular audits and coaching.
- Talent & Capability Building: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of culinary leaders while establishing clear career pathways and a culture of accountability.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Act as the executive sponsor for food safety and sanitation, maintaining 100% adherence to compliance protocols and driving continuous improvement based on audit data.
- Financial & Performance Management: Manage the Culinary Services budget and track KPIs—including COGS, labor efficiency, and waste reduction—to drive measurable improvements in profitability and guest experience.
VP, Culinary Requirements:
- At least 15+ yrs of high-volume multi-unit culinary operations
- Strong tenure, no job hoppers
- Strong leadership skills, including Learning & Development
- MUST have experience in restaurants, commissary, and catering
