- Lead and oversee all operations of a high-volume fine dining restaurant, ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and processes.

Fine Dining General Manager Job Requirements:
- 5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service fine dining establishment.
- Proven experience managing sales volumes of $15M+ per year.
- Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service standards.
- Exceptionally service-driven and hospitality-focused, with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to measure and evaluate staff and operational performance effectively.
- Track record of consistently executing operational systems, standards, and processes.
- Strong command of financial management, P&L accountability, and inventory control.
