Executive Chef – Food & Beverage

We are seeking a talented and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at a prestigious, internationally renowned campus that caters to business leaders, foundations, and civic influencers. About the Role:
This role oversees all culinary operations, including breakfast and lunch service (Monday through Friday), bar menu execution (with service until 7:00 PM), and a full calendar of private events and banquets. As Executive Chef, you'll drive culinary innovation, ensure consistent excellence, and lead a passionate team committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
A significant portion of this role centers around executing sophisticated, high-touch events. The ideal candidate must bring a strong background in luxury banquets, executive-level entertaining, and elevated event execution, with the ability to deliver polished culinary experiences for discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage all kitchen operations and culinary staff
- Design seasonal menus for breakfast, daily service, and special events
- Execute high-level private events, corporate banquets, receptions, and VIP experiences with precision
- Oversee upscale event production from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and elevated presentation
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Manage inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency while upholding profitability
- Collaborate with senior leadership, front-of-house managers, and event teams to ensure seamless service
- Foster a professional, positive, and productive kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous in an upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or event-driven environment
- Must possess a strong background leading high-end events, executive functions, and elevated banquet operations
- Demonstrated success executing polished culinary experiences for VIP guests and high-profile clientele
- Strong background in both a la carte and banquet production
- Experience overseeing breakfast service along with refined all-day culinary operations
- Creative, organized, and hands-on with a commitment to culinary excellence
- Flexible availability based on operational and event needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
