Qualifications for Sous Chef:
- 3+ years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong tenure and proven career progression
- Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and kitchen financials
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
