Restaurant Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations for an upscale, high-volume dining concept in Sumter, South Carolina. Join an upscale, chef-driven restaurant concept bringing elevated dining and a vibrant bar program to Sumter, SC. Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations including dining room and bar service in a high volume setting
- Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service execution
- Oversee reservations, seating flow, and shift operations
- Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
- Manage scheduling, labor, and staff performance
- Support beverage and cocktail program execution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume dining
- Strong leadership and team development background
- Experience overseeing front-of-house and bar operations
- Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and current cocktail service trends
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and guest recovery skills
