Senior Restaurant Manager
A respected upscale restaurant group is seeking a passionate Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Senior Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary between $80,000–$85,000

Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining, or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level food & beverage hotel restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Demonstrated team player with a hands-on attitude and high standards
- Understands financials, forecasting, and POS systems (Toast or similar)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and related software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and team members
Senior Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with employee hiring, training, and development
- Familiarity with bar programs and inventory processes
- Bilingual fluency is a plus
Senior Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest service
- Oversee floor management, including engaging with guests and managing daily operations
- Coordinate closely with back-of-house management to maintain seamless communication
- Manage and support opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to uphold service standards
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management of team members
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Represent the management team by providing constructive feedback and actively contributing to improvements
