Private Label Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in CPG, retail, foodservice, sales support, or marketing coordination
- Experience supporting private label, retail merchandising, distributor programs, or item setup processes
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, procurement, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams
- Advanced attention to detail with pricing files, promotional tracking, and retailer documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
Must haves:
- Ability to coordinate retailer onboarding, item setup workflows, and promotional tracking
- Experience in maintaining accurate documentation, pricing files, and customer program data
- Comfortable supporting retailer portals, submissions, and approval workflows
- Ability to track timelines, follow up with internal teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Strong follow-through and customer service mindset in a collaborative environment
Private Label Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience within food manufacturing, frozen foods, or consumer packaged goods
- Exposure to syndicated data tools such as Nielsen or SPINS
- Salesforce or CRM platform experience
- Familiarity with packaging workflows, retailer requirements, and promotional planning
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support pricing models and ROI tracking
- Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid, fast-moving environment
- Professional, polished communicator who can interact effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders
