BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business development experience at both corporate and facility levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Fresh Sales) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for driving growth and achieving sales targets
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase sales
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare reports on pipeline, performance, and BD activities
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation, including calls, notes, and deals
