Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of salaried full-service restaurant management experience
- Experience in a bar-heavy, high-volume restaurant environment
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Ability to support both front-of-house operations and back-of-house execution
- Strong understanding of labor, food cost, beverage cost, service standards, guest recovery, and team development
- Guest-first mindset with strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills
- Career-minded leader with the ambition to continue growing in restaurant operations
Assistant Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in chef-inspired, scratch kitchen, or fresh-food restaurant environments
- High-volume Experience in restaurants with $5M to $8M in annual sales
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Experience with craft beer programs or beverage-focused operations
- Experience with high-volume patios, live music, themed events, activations, or community-driven restaurant environments
- Polished casual or upscale restaurant background preferred
