Chef Operator Requirements & Qualifications:

Chef Operator Must-Haves:
- Lead daily kitchen operations with hands-on involvement

Chef Operator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in fast-casual or high-volume scratch kitchen environments
- Culinary education or certifications a plus
- Track record of training and developing future leaders
- Familiarity with seasonal menu planning and sourcing practices
