- Experience in event planning and group sales

Lead Bartender & Sales Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Bartend during peak times, help with liquor inventory control, ordering and menu development
- Meet with prospective event clients, consulting on all details from menus to audio-visual needs
- Coordinate event requirements and updates across all relevant departments
- Collaborate with management, ownership, and marketing on promotions and guest experience initiatives
- Interact frequently with the bookkeeper and front desk for operational alignment
