We are seeking a polished, high-energy Hotel General Manager for an extended-stay hotel property in Yuma, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing long-term stay or extended-stay hotel operations, with a proven track record of leadership, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and longevity in prior roles. This individual should be hands-on, professional, independent, and capable of leading the property without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency
- Drive revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals while maintaining brand and service standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor controls, and operational expenses
- Partner with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize market opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff while maintaining a positive team culture
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction scores
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and HR standards
- Maintain strong employee engagement and minimize turnover
Ideal Background:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Strong understanding of extended-stay or long-term hotel operations
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused leadership style
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in prior positions
- Ability to operate independently and make sound business decisions
- Strong financial and operational management experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $90K
