Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
An established multi-brand restaurant operator with rapid expansion is seeking a multi-unit leader to oversee fast casual locations in the Palm Beach area. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential, perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams and shaping operational excellence.
Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in fast casual or QSR concepts
- 2–3 years of direct multi-unit management experience overseeing multiple locations
- Valid passport required
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel 80–90% of the time between locations
- Willingness to complete a background check and attend a few weeks of training
- Food safety certification, such as ServSafe or equivalent
Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background with leading fast casual brands such as Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Raising Cane’s, or similar
- Proven people management skills and ability to resolve team conflicts effectively
- Comfortable with hands-on restaurant operations—willing to assist in day-to-day store activities when needed
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently in a dynamic, growth-driven environment
Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee, support, and develop General Managers across multiple fast casual restaurant locations
- Ensure operational consistency, food quality, and excellent guest experience at each location
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams, fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture
- Analyze financials and operational KPIs to drive profitability and efficiency
- Address workplace conflicts directly and set clear professional boundaries within teams
- Travel regularly between locations, providing in-person coaching and leadership
Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Salary in the 75K-80K range, depending on experience
- 20% bonus paid out every quarter/with a 20% holdback paid at the end of the year
- Generous car allowance of $250/month for gas, parking, and travel expenses
