Service Manager
Are you a driven leader with a strong background in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry? We’re looking for a Service & Installation Manager to lead daily operations across our service and install departments while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support Service Technicians and Installation crews to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Communicate directly with customers regarding installation estimates and project details
- Drive accountability in sales performance, operational efficiency, and technical workmanship through ride-alongs, site inspections, and coaching
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify trends and improve department performance
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of technicians and installers
- Participate in leadership development and advanced training initiatives
- Ensure all teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry is REQUIRED
- Proven leadership experience managing service and/or installation teams
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license preferred
