We are currently looking for a Market Multi-Unit Manager to help develop our growth in several different regions and states!
Market Multi-Unit Manager Responsibilties:
- Market Leadership & Strategic Growth: Directs the operational, financial, and cultural performance of the market, specifically leading franchise-to-corporate transitions and documenting learnings to support future scalability and store launches.
- Operational & Financial Accountability: Drives market-level results (Comp, PACE, labor, and costs) while proactively identifying performance gaps and ensuring strict adherence to brand, service, and safety standards.
- Talent Development & Mentorship: Provides direct coaching and assessment for Store Managers, evaluates leadership capabilities, and builds a talent bench to prepare for future district-level expansion.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Acts as the primary field liaison between stores and corporate partners (HR, Marketing, IT) to ensure new initiatives are successfully implemented and field insights inform broader business planning.
Market Multi-Unit Manager Requirements:
- Multi-Unit Leadership & Strategy: 5+ years of experience managing multi-unit hospitality or retail environments, with a proven track record of driving brand standards, safety, and financial performance (labor, COGS) across multiple locations.
- Talent Development: Expert at coaching and performance-managing Store Managers, focusing on building a leadership bench and guiding teams through periods of growth or operational complexity.
- Adaptability & Execution: Highly organized, self-directed leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, using a hands-on, field-based approach to ensure consistent operational excellence.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50–70%, with the flexibility to work varied hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends) based on business needs.
