Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in culinary-forward, upscale restaurants
- Proven experience leading front-of-house operations
- Strong scheduling experience
- Hands-on service leadership with consistent floor presence
- Proficiency with Toast POS and Resy
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior new restaurant opening experience
- Experience working in chef-driven or culinary-focused concepts
- Strong training and team development background
- Guest recovery expertise
- Experience managing private dining, events, or VIP reservations
