General Manager

General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($80K–$90K) plus annual bonus potential up to $30K

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for people and hospitality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to daily operations
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations
- Foster a positive, accountable environment and model standards for hospitality
- Own the guest experience by driving consistently high satisfaction levels
- Ensure strict adherence to menu standards and brand expectations
- Oversee financial performance, including labor management and cost controls
- Manage scheduling for all team members and conduct bi-weekly inventories
- Develop, coach, and mentor both managers and hourly staff
- Partner closely with all department leaders to maintain exceptional food quality and service
