Bar General Manager Qualifications:
- Hands-on GM Restaurant or Bar leadership experience in Hospitality operations; must have Supervisory experience
- Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
- Must be available to work late nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
