Business Development Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus annual company bonus (up to CAD $4,100, based on company performance targets; deferred eligibility may apply)

Business Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of business development, sales, or account management experience
- Proven success driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and closing strategic partnerships
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business functions, including occasional weekend travel
- Flexibility with work hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when business travel requires
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Business Development Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related B2B service industry
- Experience leading the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating, closing, and growing long-term partnerships
- Strong relationship-building skills with travel agencies, travel advisors, or strategic channel partners
- Experience managing key accounts, handling escalations, solving partner challenges, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives for new partners or clients
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Operations, and other internal teams to improve partner experience
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and execute revenue-driving initiatives
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly accountable with strong leadership instincts
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Comfortable representing the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (approximately one week of travel per month)
