An established and growing upscale Italian restaurant group is seeking a passionate, hands-on culinary leader to join its team. What We’re Looking For:
• Strong fresh pasta experience and the ability to execute and lead handmade pasta production at a high level
• Authentic Italian culinary background with a passion for traditional and regional Italian cuisine
• Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments with elevated standards
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and systems-driven approach to kitchen operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality
• Experience with ordering, inventory, labor management, and food cost controls
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Looking for long-term growth with a respected and expanding restaurant group
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonus (100k++)
