Human Resources Office Manager – What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit administration

• Prior experience supervising administrative or operations staff

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, intake, insurance, and billing workflows

• Experience with HR, payroll, and compliance systems

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environments

• Ability to commute to Colorado Springs or relocate

Human Resources Office Manager – What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee all daily non-clinical operations

• Maintain full accountability for administrative performance and reliability

• Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, timesheets, and HR documentation

• Supervise front desk, scheduling, and billing teams

• Oversee intake systems and family communications

• Coordinate insurance authorizations and reimbursement processes

• Partner with leadership on budgets and financial oversight

• Ensure facilities, safety, and compliance standards are met

• Manage transportation logistics and safety protocols

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between families, staff, vendors, and leadership

• Develop and refine systems to improve efficiency and service quality
