Customer Experience & Aftermarket Solutions Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or EPC settings
- BS in business, engineering preferred
- Proven sucess in customer service and sales for an OEM
- track record for solid leadership
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient in financial and cost control management
- Contract administration experience
- Proven continous improvement mindset and initiatives
- Strong communication, financial oversight, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
Customer Experience & Aftermarket Solutions Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee field service technicians and parts team
- Foster collaborative high performance culture
- Ensure high level of proactive customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve escaltaed customer issues
- Champion customer service contract initiatives
- Achieve sales targets with parts, retrofits and rebuilds
- Analyze sales dta and market trends
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency in service delivery processes
- Implement KPI's to mearsure and track performance
- Collaborate with other departments and shareholders
