We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Crew Foreman to lead crews in the field, oversee daily project execution, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. What You’ll Do as a Landscape Crew Foreman
- Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Coordinate daily schedules, project priorities, and crew assignments
- Perform and oversee landscaping work including planting, grading, mulching, hardscaping, cleanup, and property enhancements
- Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Communicate with customers and leadership regarding project progress and job site needs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
What We’re Looking For in a Landscape Crew Foreman
- Prior landscaping and crew leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, blueprints and job site operations
- Ability to lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required; chauffeur’s or CDL license is a plus
- Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
