Manager of Industrial Projects Requirements & Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or EPC settings
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient in project management best practices
- Experience starting up or working within a PMO is a plus
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Strong communication, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Manager of Industrial Projects Preferred Background & Skills
- PMO leadership experience
- Experience with financial management of large-scale projects
- Familiarity with contract compliance and operational performance metrics
Manager of Industrial Projects Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of project managers
- Oversee multiple concurrent capital equipment and industrial projects
- Implement and refine project management best practices across the organization
- Ensure accurate financial and operational management, including contract compliance and profitability
- Collaborate with finance to review project health and drive performance
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, shipping, and construction teams
- Lead stakeholder communications and visit project sites as needed
- Contribute to quality improvement and company-wide initiative projects
