Leadership Development Program Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least one full-time work experience (internship or paid role)
- Demonstrated leadership potential, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire for future business ownership

- Ability to commit to program timelines and performance milestones
Leadership Development Program Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments

Leadership Development Program Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational, hands-on training across all operational areas, including front-of-house, kitchen, inventory, food safety, labor management, and guest services
- Lead, coach, and develop teams to uphold outstanding hospitality and operational standards
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
- Analyze operational metrics, profit and loss statements, and sales trends to support business growth
- Support local marketing initiatives, community engagement, and relationship building
- Progress through structured promotion milestones with regular feedback from mentors and leaders
