General Manager Role Overview
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to join your leadership pipeline across Florida. This role is designed for an experienced, high-performing Manager.
As a Manager, you’ll train in key locations, support current operations. This is ideal for a culture-driven leader looking for long-term growth with a historic, scratch-kitchen brand that values consistency, tradition, and operational excellence.
Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-volume ($10M–$15M+) full-service upscale casual restaurant
- Proven success managing both FOH and BOH teams (25–40 servers per shift, 4–5 salaried managers)
- Strong P&L and cost control background with accountability for food and labor targets
- Experience with scratch kitchens, large staff training, and local sourcing programs
- Professional presence, polished communication, and strong leadership ability
- Stable and progressive work history required
Preferred Background and Profile
- No banquet-only or hotel-based management backgrounds
- Candidates must be career-minded and seeking long-term employment.
- Experience managing restaurants in heritage, tourism, or destination dining markets preferred
- Passion for team development, culture-building, and long-term brand stewardship
- Candidates are already based in Florida or have strong regional ties.
