We are a high-end Latin-inspired dining concept, is seeking an experienced and polished General Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, exceptional guest-service standards, and experience in upscale or chef-driven restaurants.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in upscale, high-volume dining (Latin, steakhouse, or chef-driven concepts preferred)
- Strong wine, tequila, mezcal, and craft cocktail knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams of 40+ staff members
- Proven track record of improving operations, driving revenue, and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and ability to lead in a high-profile environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
